The Parrot Pictures goes to ZOUK! – Wacky Photo Booth Singapore

While Helen was getting busy with a Wacky Photo Booth at York Hotel, yours truly operated another Wacky Photo Booth station at Zouk!

It was my first time ever running the booth alone because most of the time Helen would be running a photo booth somewhere while I perform magic at D&Ds, birthday parties etc. Nevertheless, i had a blast running a booth at Zouk. All thanks to the wonderful people at Star Cruise. They were a bunch of fun loving people. As the above picture dictates, it was a Retro themed party they had at Zouk. Some of the staff at Star Cruise went the extra mile dressing up to suit the them for the night. Many of them wore agogo polka dot dresses, others could be seen in the conventional retro look, wearing afro wigs and sunglasses. For those who maybe were too busy and didn’t have the time to get dressed for the night, The Parrot Pictures provided Retro Themed props for the photo booth taking session. We had stuff like neon coloured wigs, funky sunglasses and more. 🙂

Also, if you didn’t notice, the staff opted for a multi pose 4R picture for the night. What this means is that the guests can pose a number of times and each pose gets superimposed onto the photograph. In their case, they opted for three poses. Between each pose, the guests have 10 seconds to either change their stance or change props. It was loads of fun and The Parrot Pictures highly recommends multiple pose 4R pictures. Its like re-living the Neo Print era, but more fun because of the wide range of props we provide. 🙂

Above is a picture of the setup. As mentioned in the previous post, I am not as good as Helen when it comes to props display. 🙁 If you guys ever see pictures of our setup and the props are displayed perfectly, I had very little or nothing to do with it. Hahaha… Its all Helen’s work. I guess its a woman’s thing.
